Job Title: Sales Manager - SME Loan & LAP (Loan Against Property)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee our SME Loan & LAP (Loan Against Property) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for SME Loan & LAP products.
2. Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk management, operations, and legal to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements.
7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on market trends and expand professional network.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven track record of success in selling SME Loan & LAP products within the banking or financial services sector.
3. In-depth knowledge of loan against property products, processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
6. Sound analytical skills to evaluate client creditworthiness and assess loan risks effectively.
7. Proficient in using CRM software for lead management and pipeline tracking.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
