We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our organization as a Senior Manager - Production Linked Incentives (PLI) Schemes in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PLI schemes implemented by the Government of India and possess excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the implementation of PLI schemes across various sectors, ensuring compliance with government guidelines and achieving desired outcomes.
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of various PLI schemes initiated by the Government of India
3. Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify sectors eligible for PLI benefits
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential projects or investments that align with PLI objectives
5. Prepare detailed project proposals and feasibility reports for submission to government authorities
6. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely submission of required documents and compliance with all regulatory requirements
7. Monitor the progress of approved projects, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management
8. Identify challenges or bottlenecks in project implementation and propose effective solutions
9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to PLI scheme guidelines and recommend corrective measures if needed
10. Build strong relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders involved in PLI schemes
11. Provide guidance and support to junior team members involved in PLI scheme management
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing production linked incentive schemes or similar government initiatives
3. In-depth knowledge of various PLI schemes introduced by the Government of India across different sectors such as manufacturing, electronics, textiles, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decision-making
5. Excellent understanding of government policies, regulations, and procedures related to PLI schemes
6. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and achieving desired outcomes within stipulated timelines
7. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
8. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
